About

The HSC Women’s Group was established in September 2008 to educate, support, and disseminateinformation to promote success of women in the Health Science Center. We provide an avenue for networking, collaborating, and advocacy with the overall goal to improve the well being of women faculty in the University of Florida’s Health Science Center.

Meetings

Meetings are held quarterly and are announced on the OED webpage. The OED sponsors workshops for the Women’s Group on topics such as Tenure and Promotion and Work/Life Balance. All faculty are encouraged to attend. Please feel free to contact us with suggestions for future workshop topics.
